Head of R&D Center

Required Qualifications

  • Education & Experience:
      – Master's degree with 15+ years of experience, or
      – Ph.D. with 10+ years of experience

  • Professional background in at least one of the following areas:
      – Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy, Environment, or ICT Convergence

  • Proven track record in technology development, serving as Principal Investigator for national R&D projects, or experience with government-funded programs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Able to present and conduct Q&A in English (for international conferences and technical sales support)

  • Proficiency in AI-based productivity tools

  • Extensive experience with public speaking, external lectures, and presentations (e.g., PowerPoint)

  • Experience in commercializing R&D in the building/construction sector (both hardware and software)

  • Experience in technology planning and commercialization strategy

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical support for the development of the Modular Smart Façade System

  • Planning and strategizing new R&D project proposals

  • Leading the preparation of technical proposals and reports

  • Managing national R&D programs related to building-energy integration technologies

  • Planning, managing, and reviewing national and private R&D projects

  • Developing IP strategies and technology commercialization roadmaps

  • Managing research personnel and external/internal technical communications

  • Leading industry-academia-research collaborations and coordinating government funding programs

1 position | Experienced hire (Assistant Manager level or above, 3+ years)

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant roles

  • Experience in general affairs, finance, accounting, and HR administration

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience managing research budgets under government R&D programs (RCMS, EZBaro, IRIS) at Manager level

  • Experience in purchasing, contract management in manufacturing, or import/export and customs clearance

Key Responsibilities

  • General business operations:

      – HR operations (payroll, employment contracts, certifications)
